Bonn/Goslar, September 17, 2025 – BusinessCode GmbH, a leading Bonn-based provider of software solutions for logistics and materials management, and FEST GmbH from Goslar, manufacturer of PEM electrolyzers and specialist in industrial electrical engineering and automation, have entered into a strategic partnership.
Joint Solutions for Industrial Automation
The aim of the cooperation is to combine the strengths of both companies in software development, system integration, and services. Existing software architectures and applications will be jointly used and continuously enhanced in the future, creating the foundation for innovative Industry 4.0 solutions.
A particular focus lies on the integration of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with programmable logic controllers (PLC). By combining IT expertise with automation know-how, the companies will develop solutions that increase efficiency and enhance the future viability of industrial automation.
Software Development Bundled in Bonn
In the future, the software development of both companies will be concentrated at BusinessCode’s Bonn headquarters. This strategic move strengthens the software specialist’s portfolio and expands its industry expertise.
Joint customers such as DHL, Henkel, Novelis, and Hellmann will also benefit from the partnership. They will gain access to an extended range of solutions and new opportunities created through the collaboration.
