Bonn, 3 June 2026 – Public tenders offer companies attractive business opportunities. At the same time, they are often associated with a considerable amount of time. Extensive specifications, complex requirements and numerous proofs have to be checked, evaluated and turned into offers. BusinessCode has developed an AI-supported process assistance tool for this challenge, which the company now successfully uses itself.

“For many tenders, a considerable amount of effort is already required in the analysis of the documents. Information has to be collated, requirements identified and content prepared in a structured way. This is exactly where our solution comes in,” explains Bernd Daamen of BusinessCode.

Unlike classic tendering tools, the solution does not merely support individual work steps. It accompanies the entire process from the analysis of tender documents to the structured preparation of relevant information and the creation of sound decision-making bases for preparing the offer.

The experience from the first projects shows significant potential. Tasks that previously took several working days can now be completed in a much shorter time. At the same time, transparency increases with regard to requirements, deadlines and necessary evidence.

The approach is particularly interesting for companies that regularly participate in public authority tenders. Here, the high documentation density and extensive tender documents often require considerable resources.

Bernd Daamen will present how the AI-supported process assistance works in practice and what experience BusinessCode has gathered with it on 11 June 2026 at the event “Industrie meets IT – vernetzt in die Zukunft”. The focus will be on concrete application examples in an industrial environment as well as the question of how companies can make the tendering process more efficient without losing quality and traceability.

“Our goal is not to replace people. Rather, we want to relieve employees of time-consuming routine tasks and give them more room for content-related assessment and strategic decisions,” Daamen emphasises. The success proves him right: the significantly more efficient handling of tenders has developed into an important driver of the company’s own growth in recent months and opens up additional capacity for winning new projects.
